Private Client Senior Associate or Partner | Lincolnshire
An established Legal 500 Law Firm in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private client specialist looking to take on a strategic leadership role within a firm that has a strong reputation for client care, technical excellence, and long-term career development.
The Opportunity:
- Lead and grow a successful Private Client practice.
- Manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Play a key role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and business development initiatives.
- Work alongside a collaborative and supportive partnership.

About You:
- An experienced Private Client Solicitor with 7+ years PQE.
- Currently operating at Senior Associate or Partner level.
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
- A collaborative leader with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
