You will also work closely with colleagues across other practice areas on multidisciplinary matters while helping to mentor and develop junior lawyers and advisers within the team. You must have strong technical expertise in trusts, estate planning, and estate administration, excellent client care and relationship management skills, experience supervising or mentoring junior team members, and ambition to progress and contribute to the ongoing success of the team. STEP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
