A reputable multi-office commercial firm is looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their fantastic Private Client team in their SE London office! The firm is well ranked in the Legal 500 and includes a top tier Private Client team, that specialises in high-net-worth clients, assisting with complex succession planning, tax, trust, and probate matters. With a Team that includes over 25 legal professionals including excellent levels of support, this is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Solicitor that is looking for a friendly firm that maintains high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting high quality Private Client matters for initiation to conclusion.
- Assisting partners and senior lawyers with their caseload of files dealing effectively with a variety of complex matters.
- Input and assist with the development of the department.
- Dealing directly with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care, taking instructions and ensuring full compliance.
Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor 3– 7 PQE years post qualification experience (other levels will be considered) from a reputable firm.
- Strong experience with private client matters including wills, probate, and tax matters.
- Proven experience of managing matters with minimal supervision and assisting senior solicitors with complex matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills interacting with clients and colleagues.
- A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for self development.
