Private Client Solicitor | Farnham

Location: Farnham, Surrey

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Free Parking

Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded regional practice where you'll enjoy high-quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive team?

I'm working with a well-established, ambitious Legal 500-quality regional law firm that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional client service across Surrey, Hampshire, London and the South East. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its thriving and collaborative team.

The Role:

You'll manage a varied caseload including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Inheritance Tax planning
  • Trust creation, administration and taxation
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection and Deputyship matters
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, executors and trustees
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.

About You

You'll be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid Private Client experience and a strong technical understanding of trusts, estate planning, probate and tax planning. You'll be passionate about delivering excellent client service and keen to continue developing your career within a collaborative and ambitious team. STEP qualification, or working towards it, would be advantageous but is not essential.
