Private Client Solicitor / Senior Associate / Partner – Bedfordshire – Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Bedfordshire to join its growing team.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will join a close-knit team of ten experienced lawyers based in Bedfordshire, working alongside senior partners on a varied and high-quality caseload, with a clear route for progression to include partnership as part of long-term succession planning.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to HNW individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of private client matters including drafting complex Wills, succession and inheritance tax planning, creation and administration of trusts, probate and estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.

This opportunity will suit experienced solicitors seeking a genuine step forward into a senior role, with strong autonomy, mentoring responsibility, and long-term career development.

The Role

  • Managing private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
  • Advising HNW clients on complex estates and succession planning
  • Supporting on LPAs and related advisory work
  • Acting for executors and trustees across a broad range of matters
  • Working closely with experienced partners on high-value and complex cases
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Representing the firm through networking, presentations, and community engagement
  • Supporting the continued growth of the Private Client Solicitor in Bedfordshire

The Candidate

  • 5 PQE + Private Client Solicitor
  • Strong experience across wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts
  • Confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
