A leading regional legal 500 law firm in Hertfordshire are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to join their Private Client team.
This firm are highly regarding in the region offering services to individuals and business alike.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters
- Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, and estate planning
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to ensure smooth administration of estates.
- Support business development activities to build and grow the Wills, Trusts and Probate offering alongside the partner

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 or more years experience
- Knowledge of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984 and the Non-contentious Probate Rules 1987
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
