🚨 PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR | 2+ PQE | MERSEYSIDE
If you're a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for a role where you're trusted with genuinely interesting work, rather than being another fee earner on a spreadsheet, this could be worth a conversation.
I'm working exclusively with a well-established, highly regarded law firm in Merseyside that is looking to strengthen its Private Client team.
They're looking for someone with 2+ years' PQE who has a strong grounding in:
- Wills & Probate
- Estate Administration
- Trusts
- Tax & Estate Planning
- HNW clients
- Court of Protection
- Services for the Elderly

What makes this role interesting?
This isn't a narrow, box-ticking Private Client position.
- You'll have a varied caseload, genuine client contact and exposure to complex matters across the Private Client spectrum.
- You'll work directly with clients, families, courts, Probate Registry, HMRC, HMLR, experts and other professional contacts.
There's also scope to get involved in business development and networking, so this would suit someone who wants to build their profile and play an active role in the growth of the team.

📍 Merseyside – multiple office locations
💼 2+ years' PQE
⚖️ Private Client / Court of Protection
They're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and confident managing a busy caseload
- Comfortable dealing with HNW and vulnerable clients
- Ambitious and keen to develop
- A strong communicator
- Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
