Private Client Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Cornwall | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Private Client Solicitor – Cornwall

A well-established and highly respected law firm in Cornwall is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with a successful regional firm offering a quality caseload, genuine autonomy and excellent long-term career prospects. You will join a supportive and collaborative team and have the opportunity to build strong relationships with a loyal client base while handling a varied and interesting Private Client caseload.

The Role:

  • Advising on Wills, estate planning and succession planning
  • Handling a broad range of Probate and estate administration matters
  • Advising on Trust creation and administration
  • Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Providing advice in relation to Inheritance Tax and wealth preservation
  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-standing client relationships
  • Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE within Private Client
  • Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and Trusts
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Commercial and practical approach to client matters
  • Able to manage a caseload independently and work to deadlines
  • A confident and personable approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships
