Private Client Solicitor – Cornwall
A well-established and highly respected law firm in Cornwall is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with a successful regional firm offering a quality caseload, genuine autonomy and excellent long-term career prospects. You will join a supportive and collaborative team and have the opportunity to build strong relationships with a loyal client base while handling a varied and interesting Private Client caseload.
The Role:
- Advising on Wills, estate planning and succession planning
- Handling a broad range of Probate and estate administration matters
- Advising on Trust creation and administration
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Providing advice in relation to Inheritance Tax and wealth preservation
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-standing client relationships
- Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy

The Ideal Candidate:
- Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE within Private Client
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and Trusts
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercial and practical approach to client matters
- Able to manage a caseload independently and work to deadlines
- A confident and personable approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships
