Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (3+ PQE) | Kent

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3+ PQE) to join its growing Private Client team based in Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative department with a strong reputation, supported by an experienced team of fee earners, legal support staff, and specialist colleagues. The role has arisen due to relocation, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to inherit an established and varied caseload.

The Role

You will advise a broad range of clients across all aspects of Private Client work, including:

  • Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Estate planning

This position offers the opportunity to work independently while benefiting from the support of an experienced and well-resourced team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years' PQE.
  • Strong technical knowledge across Private Client matters.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
