Private Client Solicitor - St Albans - Up to £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus
A highly regarded Hertfordshire practice is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its large and expanding private wealth department.
The firm’s award-winning private client department is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and at present they’re looking for a Private Client Solicitor to advise a vast number of Hertfordshire clients as well as HNW / UHNW clients in London and across the UK.
The Private Client Solicitor will be handling inheritance tax, estate planning and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts.
This opportunity will suit local solicitors seeking a genuine step forward, as well as City lawyers looking to reduce their commute and achieve a better work-life balance without compromising on quality of work.

The Role:
- Advising HNW clients on complex estates and succession planning
- Acting for executors and trustees across a broad range of matters
- Working closely with experienced partners on high-value and complex cases
- Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Representing the firm through networking, presentations and community engagement
The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years PQE Private Client Solicitor
- STEP qualified – desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident running a full caseload with minimal supervision
