The Role:

The successful candidate will join a Private Client team advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and personal representatives on a broad range of private client matters.

The role involves advising on wills, trusts, succession and estate planning, family investment structures, and asset protection arrangements, as well as supporting clients with future planning and incapacity-related matters. The position also includes assisting with probate, estate and trust administration, and advising on contentious private client matters where disputes arise in relation to estates, trusts, or family wealth arrangements.
