Associate Private Client Solicitor
A well-established Midlands law firm is looking to appoint an Associate Private Client Solicitor to join one of its largest and busiest departments. With continued growth and an increasing pipeline of quality work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team handling a broad range of high-quality Private Client matters.
About the Role
You'll manage your own varied caseload, advising clients on:
- Wills
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate Planning
- Tax Planning

This is a role for someone who enjoys working on both straightforward and more complex matters, providing exceptional client care while building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
You will ideally have:
- 5-8 years' PQE (applications from 4 years' PQE with substantial prior paralegal experience will also be considered)
- Experience managing a full Private Client caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs and Estate Administration
- Experience advising on Tax and Estate Planning
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits
Salary & Benefits include:
- Salary up to £67,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working (2 days from home after successful completion of probation)
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Typically 2 additional days off over Christmas
