Private Client Solicitor

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Top 200 and Chambers-ranked law firm that is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with a senior appointment. This long established practice, with multiple offices is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE who can handle a high quality caseload while playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the department.

About the Role

You will join a specialist Private Client team with an excellent reputation for providing high quality, commercially focused advice to a broad range of clients, including mid to HNW individuals and families. You will manage a varied and complex caseload covering Wills, high value estate administration, trusts, tax planning, Court of Protection matters, probate, LPAs and elderly client work. As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to take an active role in business development and client relationship management. This will include developing existing relationships, identifying opportunities to generate new work, building your professional network and contributing to the profile and continued growth of the Private Client practice.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded and business development focused individual with a strong technical background. The successful candidate will be personable, ambitious and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in contributing to the wider success of the department. STEP qualification would be advantageous.
