An established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer to manage a varied caseload of complex matters, while supervising and developing junior fee earners and contributing to the continued growth of the department. The role offers hybrid working, with the primary base at the firm’s London offices as required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of complex private client matters, including wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
- Supervise and support a team of 2–5 qualified fee earners, providing guidance and contributing to their professional development.
- Deliver high-quality, technically accurate, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help build and strengthen client relationships.
- Play an active role in the ongoing growth, development, and success of the Private Client department.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Private Client law.
- Demonstrable expertise across wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers or fee earners.
- Strong technical, client management, and communication skills, with a commercially minded approach.
- Ability to manage a complex caseload independently while contributing effectively to wider team and business objectives.
