Private Client Solicitor – Cambridge
Oculus Legal Group is working in close Partnership with a Top 150 Law Firm in Cambridge who are looking for a Solicitor to join their Highly ranked Private Client practice.
The role:
- Managing a varied caseload on the preparation of wills, wealth protection and inheritance tax planning, the administration of complex estates, inheritance, and trust services and on all elderly client matters.
- Accountable for managing a complex mixed caseload of client matters without supervision. Providing clients with high quality legal advice whilst proactively managing client relationships.
- This will include supporting more complex work which cannot be serviced from other offices due to various reasons including experience and capacity.

You will be:
- UK Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE)
- With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs.
- Managing files. Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation.
