Private Client Solicitor
Hours: Monday – Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
Location: Chelmsford

The role
Excited to welcome a compassionate, confident Solicitor with 2 years+ PQE to join our successful Private Client team. You’ll play a key part in advising both existing and new clients, ensuring every client feels respected, understood and in safe hands from start to finish.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Delivering tailored legal advice, ensuring that their renowned service levels remain exceptional and personable
- Building strong client relationships through professionalism and empathy while providing a seamless service
- Meeting clients both in person and remotely, ensuring they feel comfortable and well supported
- Providing clear, sensitive and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances
- Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection cases
- Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining excellent file management and compliance with SRA regulations
- Working alongside the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs
- Supporting the growth of the brand by exploring new opportunities and nurturing strong relationships

Their clients go to them with emotional or challenging matters, so your ability to guide them with understanding and sensitivity is crucial.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are a qualified Solicitor with 2 years+ PQE
- Communicate with clarity, patience and compassion
- Ensure every client interaction is handled with sensitivity, empathy and reassurance
- Present yourself with professionalism, integrity and a calm confidence
- Deliver exceptional client care
- Work collaboratively and bring a supportive, positive presence to the team
