About The Role
This full-time Private Client Solicitor position in Leicestershire offers a salary between £35,000 and £55,000, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering Wills, estate planning, Probate, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection matters. Suitable for newly qualified or experienced practitioners, the role involves direct client contact, taking ownership of cases and contributing to departmental growth. Strong communication, organisational ability and technical knowledge of succession law are essential. Working with individuals and families, the post holder will build lasting professional relationships while handling sensitive affairs with care and precision.

The Role
This is an opportunity to develop meaningful client relationships, take ownership of your work and play an active role in the continued growth of our Private Client department. You will work with a varied client base, advising individuals and families on a broad range of private client and succession matters, including Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection. You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, manage your own caseload and take responsibility for matters from initial instruction through to completion, with support and guidance from an experienced team.

Skills Required
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about private client work and committed to delivering a high standard of legal advice and client care.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Be organised, proactive and confident managing your own caseload.
- Take a sensitive and empathetic approach when dealing with clients and their families.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships and business opportunities.
