Private Client Solicitor | Manchester | £65,000–£75,000 + Bonus
Oculus are currently retained on an exclusive mandate with a highly regarded Top 20 national law firm to recruit a talented Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, with the chance to advise a sophisticated HNW and UHNW client base while benefiting from a supportive culture and genuine long-term career development.
The Opportunity:
You'll provide highly personalised advice to HNW and UHNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners, trustees, and family offices, with exposure to a broad range of sophisticated Private Client matters, including:

- Advising on estate planning, succession planning, and wealth preservation
- Drafting and advising on complex wills, including trusts and business assets
- Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and other lifetime planning arrangements
- Administering taxable and non-taxable estates, including complex and high-value matters
- Advising on inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax implications, and lifetime gifting strategies
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + bonus
