Experienced Private Client Lawyer Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing specialist law firm. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, collaborative team that is committed to delivering exceptional client care and making a meaningful difference to the lives of its clients.

The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload and play a key role in maintaining the firm's outstanding reputation for quality advice and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a broad range of private client matters from instruction through to completion
  • Advising clients on:
    • Wills
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
    • Court of Protection matters
    • Estate Administration and Probate
  • Delivering an exceptional standard of client care
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Supporting business development and contributing to the continued success of the team

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a background in Private Client work
  • Experience handling a range of private client matters independently
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Empathetic, approachable and client-focused
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • STEP qualification or an interest in working towards STEP accreditation would be advantageous
