Experienced Private Client Lawyer Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing specialist law firm. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, collaborative team that is committed to delivering exceptional client care and making a meaningful difference to the lives of its clients.
The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload and play a key role in maintaining the firm's outstanding reputation for quality advice and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of private client matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection matters
- Estate Administration and Probate
- Delivering an exceptional standard of client care
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Supporting business development and contributing to the continued success of the team

About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a background in Private Client work
- Experience handling a range of private client matters independently
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Empathetic, approachable and client-focused
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- STEP qualification or an interest in working towards STEP accreditation would be advantageous
