Private Client Solicitor (3+ to 10+ years PQE)
Full Time | Various Levels Considered | Hybrid Working
The Opportunity
Behind every great law firm is a great group of people, and this one is looking to bring more of them on board. As the firm continues to grow in both size and reputation, it's looking for individuals who are thoughtful, driven and intuitive, people who bring genuine personality and a positive outlook to their work, not just technical skill. Word has clearly got around too: candidates are moving over from other firms, and former colleagues keep finding their way back.
This particular search is a broad one. The firm is keen to hear from Private Client Solicitors across a wide experience range, from those a few years into their career looking to build their expertise, through to seasoned specialists ready to bring an established client base and help shape the firm's presence in London.
This is an ambitious, vibrant and diverse law firm with a sense of togetherness across the business. People are encouraged to speak up, share ideas and push for better. Hybrid working applies to any role that can be done remotely, with flexibility around hours and office base as standard. The firm also runs a well loved "You Day" scheme, letting people compress their contractual hours into 9 days and claim the 10th day back for themselves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
