Private Client Solicitor
Our client is an established law firm with a strong reputation for providing high quality legal advice and a professional service. With offices across the Southeast, they offer a broad range of legal services to both individuals and businesses. They are now looking for a junior private client Solicitor with a solid background and training to join their team.
About the Role
You will be comfortable in managing your own caseload across a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills
- Estate Administration
- Estate Planning
- Trust Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Tax Planning
- Court of Protection work
- Other related Private Client matters

As this is a highly client facing area of practice, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to establish and maintain strong client relationships. The role will also involve an element of business development, providing an opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the department and develop your own professional network.
