Private Client Solicitor - (3-4 PQE) - Buckinghamshire – Up to 60k + Benefits

A well-established and fast-growing regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer to join a modern and ambitious practice, advising on a broad range of private client matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Private Client team advises individuals and families on a wide range of matters including Wills, Estate Administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.

Joining a well-established Private Client team, you will manage a broad caseload of matters whilst working alongside experienced practitioners. This role is ideally suited to a Solicitor with 3-4 years' PQE looking to build on their existing experience, develop their technical skills and progress their career within a growing and ambitious firm.

The Role:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
  • Advising on Wills, Estate Administration and Probate matters
  • Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
  • Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice
  • Drafting Trust documentation and Deeds of Variation
  • Handling contentious and non-contentious probate matters where appropriate
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client law
  • Experience across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning matters
  • Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, file management and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach
  • Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the department
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
