Private Client Solicitor | Haywards Heath / Uckfield | 8+ PQE

A well-established and highly regarded South East law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join its growing team based in Haywards Heath or Uckfield.

This is a genuine business-critical appointment, offering the opportunity to become a key senior member of a respected Private Client department handling high-quality, technically complex work for high-net-worth individuals and families.

The Role

You'll advise on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

  • Estate planning and succession planning
  • Complex Wills
  • Estate administration
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Inheritance Tax planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

This role would suit a technically strong solicitor who enjoys delivering high-quality advice while building long-term client relationships. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues within a collaborative team, with genuine opportunities for progression.

About You

  • 7+ years' PQE in Private Client.
  • Strong technical expertise across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning.
  • Experience advising on complex estate administration and Inheritance Tax planning.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity within a respected and growing firm.
