A Private Client Solicitor with at least five years’ PQE is sought by a respected London firm to manage a diverse caseload. Overview

The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle a varied caseload covering a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax planning. You will advise clients on probate and intestacy matters, prepare applications for grants of representation, and assist with inheritance tax issues, ensuring all advice is delivered in accordance with current legislation and the highest standards of client care.

The firm is seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE and proven experience across private client work. Strong knowledge of probate, estate administration, and inheritance tax is essential, alongside excellent drafting ability and sound technical legal expertise.
