Private Client Solicitor
Location: Worthing - flexible hybrid
Salary: £50-65,000
Experience: NQ - 3PQE
OVERVIEW
Join a well-established and growing Legal 500 Private Client team, known for its high-quality work, strong reputation and excellent opportunities for career development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working on a broad range of private client matters including estate planning, trusts, and succession planning
- Advising UK resident individuals and families on wealth structuring and inheritance planning
- Assisting with the establishment and administration of trusts and other asset-holding structures
- Drafting wills, trust documentation, powers of attorney, and related private client documents
- Advising clients on personal tax, estate, and lifetime planning matters
- Working closely with clients and professional advisers including accountants, trustees, and financial advisers
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department

ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor NQ - 3PQE within Private Client
- Strong experience advising on a broad range of private client matters
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
- Solid technical knowledge of trusts, estate planning, succession, and personal tax matters
- STEP qualification (or working towards) advantageous
