Private Client Solicitor
Location: Essex - multiple locations
Position: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + benefits
Our client is a well-established and reputable law firm with a strong commitment to exceptional client service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join their successful team.
The successful candidate will manage a varied non-contentious Private Client caseload, advising clients on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts, and related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor to take ownership of their caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied Private Client caseload independently
- Advising on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, and Trusts
- Drafting Wills, LPAs, and other legal documentation
- Handling estate administration from instruction through to completion
- Providing clear, practical, and sensitive legal advice
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Liaising with beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate case management and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor and experienced in Private Client law
- Strong experience across Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
- Trusts experience would be advantageous
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Compassionate, approachable, and confident when dealing with sensitive matters
- Strong commitment to client care and professional standards
- Collaborative team player with a positive and commercial approach
