Private Client Solicitor
West Yorkshire
Salary up to £55k
A leading regional multi-service law firm in West Yorkshire is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys having ownership of their own caseload and wants to work closely with a broad range of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families.
The role is stand-alone, providing you with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, while you will have the benefit of a dedicated legal secretary to support you with your day-to-day workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full and varied private client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Advising high-net-worth clients
- Advising clients and families on a range of private client matters
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements:
- Be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
- Have solid experience in private client work
- Be confident managing a caseload independently
- Have experience across wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and/or Court of Protection work
- Be comfortable advising high-net-worth clients
- Have excellent communication and client-care skills
- Be commercially aware and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Take pride in delivering a high-quality, personal service
