Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Oxfordshire– Up to £65,000 + Benefits
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a Legal 500-recognised practice in Oxfordshire, advising on a broad range of high-quality matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The firm has built an outstanding reputation across Oxfordshire and the surrounding region, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families. The Private Client team advises on a wide range of matters including Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Planning and Powers of Attorney, delivering a high standard of client service and technical expertise.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advising on Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration and Powers of Attorney
- Providing estate and inheritance tax planning advice
- Delivering accurate legal advice and statutory interpretation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting colleagues across the wider Private Client team
- Participating in business development and networking activities
- Working collaboratively within a well-established and supportive department

The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
- Strong technical knowledge across core private client disciplines
- Experience advising on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Positive and professional approach with a commitment to exceptional client service
