We are working with an established and well-regarded law firm who are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with around 3–5 years’ PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and established Private Client team.
The Role
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, acting for a broad range of individuals and families and dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion.
Your caseload will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and advice
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Complex estate administrations
- Advising clients on a range of Private Client matters and providing a high level of client care

You will have the opportunity to handle your own files and build strong, long-term relationships with clients, whilst working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
The Candidate
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with approximately 3–5 years’ PQE and solid experience across a broad range of Private Client work.
You should have:
- Strong experience in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Experience dealing with IHT, Trusts and LPAs
- Exposure to complex estate administrations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate support where required
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- A genuine interest in developing your Private Client career

The Opportunity
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys having a varied caseload and working closely with clients, rather than being restricted to one particular area of Private Client work.
You will be joining an established team where there is scope to develop your technical experience, take ownership of your matters and build on your existing client relationships.
