Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor
- Managing a private client caseload, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and administration of estates
- Managing the private client team, comprising a senior consultant and two paralegals
- Dealing with high net worth estates
- Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout
- Using the firm's Care Management System to progress matters
Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in private client work
- Demonstrable experience managing a private client caseload of wills, LPAs, probate and estate administration
- Experience dealing with high net worth estates
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team
- IT skills to operate a Care Management System
- Excellent client care and communication skills
