The Role

The successful Private Client Solicitor will have their own caseload and will work closely with experienced colleagues across a broad range of matters, this includes Wills, LPAs and Administration of Estates and Trusts. You will be advising clients on all aspects of lifetime planning and private client work, throughout all of this you will build strong client relationships. The team acts for a diverse client base including elderly and vulnerable clients, business owners, landlords, and agricultural clients. While carrying out your work at this firm, there will be clear steps to developing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking Private Client team.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 2:4 years experience in Private Client, you should have a solid grounding in advising on all types of private client matters and possess strong technical skills as well as a keen eye for detail. This firm has a reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice, so you should be able to uphold this standard when working with your clients. You will have a keen interest in developing your expertise into more complex private client matters, allowing you to progress within the department. A STEP qualification or working towards one would be advantageous but is not essential.
