Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 1+
LOCATION: Yorkshire
SALARY: Up to GBP 60,000 (DOE)
The Role
A highly regarded law firm based in Yorkshire is seeking a driven Private Client Solicitor specialising in wills and probate to join their busy and growing department. For the successful client, this role involves supporting and guiding clients through complex and emotionally challenging times, advising them on a wealth of matters which include identifying and valuing assets, distributing payments and paying debts. Furthermore, you will build strong client relationships, manage a varied caseload, provide clear and practical legal advice, prepare various documents and support the specialised wills and probate team on a wealth of complex private client matters.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from ambitious Solicitors who possess at least 1 year of post qualified experience coupled with an interest or specialism in wills and probate. In addition to this, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong drafting and legal research skills, excellent attention to detail, an approachable and empathetic approach and a desire to engage with the business development of the firm. The ability to deal sensitively and professionally with bereaved clients and their families is paramount to this role.
