The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join our highly regarded team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an established lawyer looking to further their career within one of the region's most respected Private Client practices. The role offers high-quality work, a strong existing client base and genuine opportunities for progression within a growing and ambitious firm. You will manage a varied caseload, including:

- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Succession and wealth preservation planning
Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in building relationships with clients, professional referrers and intermediaries, helping to strengthen our presence across the Black Country.
About You
- UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE in Private Client work.
- Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently.
- Good knowledge of the Black Country market and local professional landscape.
- Commercially minded, with an interest in networking and business development.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong drafting, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ambitious and looking for a role that offers genuine long-term career progression.
- STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards it, would be advantageous.
