Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive
5+ PQE | Wills & Inheritance
A Legal 500 ranked firm are looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to its well-established Wills & Inheritance Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a 5+ PQE private client lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career within a highly regarded, supportive and progressive firm.
The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while becoming an important member of the wider team, with genuine scope for career progression and increased responsibility. For those operating at a more senior level, there are also opportunities available within the wider Private Client team.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, advising clients across areas including:

- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Tax and estate planning
- Trust administration
- Court of Protection matters
Alongside your own fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the wider team. This will include:
- Providing technical guidance and support to more junior colleagues
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior fee earners
- Contributing to the strategic development of the department
- Developing and strengthening relationships with existing referrers and professional contacts
- Getting involved in networking, business development and marketing initiatives
- Helping to raise the profile of the Private Client team and the wider firm within the local community and professional networks
