About the Role
You will advise clients with diverse needs, including high-net-worth individuals with complex family structures, international assets, and business interests. Your work will cover:
- Lifetime and succession planning
- Will structuring as part of broader estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation, administration, and winding up
- Estate administration
What They’re Looking For
They value individuals who are empathetic, team-oriented, and client-focused, with a passion for delivering excellent outcomes. Ideally, you will:
- Be a Private Wealth (Private Client) Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Have at least 2 years’ experience managing your own caseload of private client matters
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a friendly, flexible, and open team
