About The Role
A Private Client Solicitor is sought for a full-time position in Greater Manchester, offering a salary between £40,000 and £60,000 dependent on experience. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload encompassing wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney, alongside broader private client work. Close collaboration with clients forms a central part of this role, delivering clear, practical guidance while building lasting professional relationships. Applicants should be qualified solicitors with a minimum of one year's PQE and a track record of independently managing matters. Knowledge of estate planning proves advantageous. The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and wider private client matters.
- You will work closely with clients, providing clear and practical advice while developing strong, long-term relationships.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with at least 1 year’s PQE and experience managing their own caseload.
- You will ideally have experience across wills, probate, and estate administration, with knowledge of trusts and estate planning being advantageous.
- Strong client care, communication, and organizational skills are essential, together with the ability to manage matters independently and work effectively as part of a team.
