The Role:
- Advise on a broad range of private client matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
- Work closely with senior Partners on complex, high-value matters
- Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
- Assist with tax and succession planning involving business and investment structures
- Develop client relationships and play a role in business development initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross-referral opportunities
The Candidate:
- Private Client Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate from a reputable firm
- Strong technical grounding across private client work
- Experience or exposure to HNW clients and complex estates desirable
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a top-tier environment
- Commercially aware with an interest in building a long-term career
