Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) - Bedford

Competitive Salary + Bonus

A well-established, full-service regional law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Bedford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded team advising on a broad range of private client matters within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The firm has built a strong reputation across the region, offering high-quality legal services to individuals and families. The Private Client team advises a loyal and diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, on a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

The Role:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
  • Advising on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and LPAs
  • Providing tailored estate and succession planning advice
  • Handling matters for high-net-worth individuals where appropriate
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives
  • Collaborating with colleagues across a well-established team

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong experience across core private client matters
  • Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Commercial and empathetic approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Motivated team player with a proactive attitude
