Senior Private Client Solicitor
Service Care Solutions are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded independent law firm in Cheshire who are looking to appoint a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their growing Private Client Department.
The firm has been established for almost 30 years and has built an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal advice and outstanding client service. Their Private Client team advises clients across a broad range of matters, including Wills, Trusts & Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload covering Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney.
- Handling Court of Protection and Deputyship matters, where appropriate.
- Advising clients on a range of Private Client and elderly client matters.
- Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with SRA, Law Society and Lexcel requirements.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the Private Client team.
- Supporting the continued development and growth of the department.
- Maintaining relevant departmental accreditations and professional standards.
