Private Client Solicitor
Swindon | Office Based with 1 Day Working from Home | Up to £70,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to be part of something from the very beginning?
GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be working with a newly established, forward-thinking practice in Swindon, with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services and building long-lasting client relationships. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to play a key role in developing and growing their Private Client department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys providing expert, compassionate advice while helping shape the future of a modern and progressive firm.
The Role
You'll manage a varied and high-quality caseload of Private Client matters, providing clear, practical advice and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your workload will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Court of Protection matters (desirable)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client
- Can independently manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
- Demonstrates excellent technical knowledge across Private Client matters
- Has outstanding client care and communication skills
- Builds trusted, long-term relationships with clients and professional referrers
- Is commercially aware and enjoys contributing to the growth of a successful practice
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous but is not essential
