Private Client Solicitor - Essex - Up to £70k + Benefits
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a Legal 500-recognised practice, advising on a broad range of high-quality matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Joining a highly regarded Private Client team, you will work on a broad range of quality matters whilst benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues and recognised specialists. The firm is keen to speak with talented Private Client Lawyers regardless of PQE and is looking for an individual who can deliver exceptional client service, build strong relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advising on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handling Trust-related matters and estate planning work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing clear and practical legal advice tailored to client needs
- Supporting business development, networking and marketing initiatives
- Working collaboratively within a highly regarded Private Client team

The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client law
- Strong technical knowledge across core private client disciplines
- Experience managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to relationship building
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A solutions-focused and client-centric mindset
- Enthusiastic team player with a desire to develop and progress
