An excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an ambitious and progressive firm with strong vision and growth strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters;
- Drafting wills and trusts;
- Preparing probate applications and administering estates of varying complexity;
- Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney;
- Handling contentious and non-contentious probate matters;
- Making applications to the Court of Protection and advising elderly and vulnerable clients;
- Preparing deeds of variation and advising on gifts;
- Liaising with solicitors, the Probate Registry, Land Registry, Office of the Public Guardian, and other third parties;
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals where required.

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ PQE as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive;
- Broad experience across private client work;
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to details;
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently;
- Excellent client care and communication skills;
- A proactive, professional approach with a desire to contribute to business growth.
