Private Client Solicitor / Experienced Paralegal – Barking
Eclectic Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Barking that is seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor or an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful department following a planned departure in September. The Head of Department is open to considering candidates ranging from a highly experienced Private Client Paralegal through to a Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE.

The Role
You will manage and assist with a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts
- Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
- General private client advisory work
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE or a highly experienced Private Client Paralegal.
- Experience handling a broad Private Client caseload.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
