Role Overview
They are seeking a talented Private Client Tax Advisory Senior Manager to join their team. In this senior role, you will lead complex client projects, providing expert advice on inheritance tax, trusts, estates, succession planning, and shareholder transactions. You will manage and develop client relationships, mentor junior staff, and help shape the future growth of the firm’s private client offering. Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidates will have:
- A proven track record of handling private client projects
- Strong team management skills
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, ATT, CTA, or STEP
- Experience with Irish capital taxes and UK tax interactions is advantageous but not essential
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on tax planning
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience reviewing and signing off on Self Assessment Tax Returns and trusts/estates documentation
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships over time
- Previous team management or mentoring experience, leading junior staff or managing workflows
- Strong technical knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, estates, succession planning, and shareholder transactions
- Experience with Irish capital taxes (CGT, CAT) and understanding of UK-Ireland tax interactions (desirable)
