Private Client Tax Director

£80,000 - £95,000 pa
If you're an experienced private client specialist looking to step into a more senior, strategic role without the daily grind into the city, this is a genuinely compelling opportunity based in High Wycombe. What you'll be doing
- Taking full responsibility for a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and trusts
- Acting as a trusted adviser on complex tax planning and advisory matters
- Leading and developing a team, providing guidance and technical support
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a key point of contact
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and add value across the portfolio
- Contributing to the wider growth and strategic direction of the office
What we're looking for
- Strong background in private client tax within a practice environment
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships at a senior level
- Confidence in handling complex advisory work independently
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
- Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business growth
- CTA or equivalent qualification would be expected
