Description
- Manage personal tax compliance processes, including preparing and reviewing tax returns.
- Provide tailored tax advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax planning and mitigation.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, offering clear and timely responses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and deadlines.
- Supervise and support junior team members, offering guidance and feedback as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless client service.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise clients on potential impacts.
- Assist in business development by identifying new client opportunities and contributing to proposals.

Profile
A successful Senior Personal Tax Manager should have:
- A professional tax qualification such as ATT, CTA, or equivalent.
- Experience in managing personal tax compliance and advisory work.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Leadership skills to support and guide junior team members effectively.
