Private Client Tax Manager

City | Hybrid 3 days in office

Advise international families and individuals, with direct access to the partners

Why join

  • Advisory-led work. You'll provide practical, clear advice on residency, global mobility, offshore trusts and structures, and international succession and estate planning, not just compliance.
  • Direct partner access. You'll work closely with an International Tax Partner and collaborate with partners across the firm, with a high degree of autonomy and real exposure to senior decision-makers.
  • Complex, varied clients. The client base is international, with offshore structures, dual residence and multi-jurisdictional exposure, so no two assignments look the same.
  • Timely technical work. You'll advise on the new UK regime for internationally mobile individuals, including the 4-year FIG regime, TRF and long-term residence for IHT, and on how it differs from the old non-dom rules.
  • A collaborative network. You'll work with family offices, lawyers, offshore trustees, investment managers and overseas advisers to deliver joined-up solutions.
  • Develop your profile. You'll coach and support junior colleagues and contribute to articles and thought leadership.
  • A firm that invests in its people. Benefits include a mentoring scheme, a wellbeing platform, an extra day off for your birthday and a wider perks package covering lifestyle, health, development and finances.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
