Private Client Tax Manager – Advisory | Belfast | Hybrid | Up to £80,000 + Benefits

Ready for a Private Client Tax role where advisory is at the heart of what you do?

I’m working with a growing professional services firm that is looking to strengthen its Private Client Tax team in Belfast. They’re looking for an experienced Tax Manager who enjoys working closely with clients, solving complex tax issues and wants to build a career with a stronger advisory focus. This is an opportunity to move beyond routine compliance and become a trusted adviser to high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners. You’ll work across a broad range of Private Client Tax matters, providing practical advice and helping clients navigate complex tax decisions.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, work closely with senior colleagues and develop your own profile within the Private Client Tax team. You’ll also support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the wider tax offering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
