Private Client Tax Partner – London

Location: London (hybrid)

Package: Highly competitive base + clear route to equity + benefits

Firms: Several Top 15 UK accounting firms

Private client tax has changed more in the last two years than in the previous twenty. The non-dom regime has been replaced with a residence-based system, and business and agricultural property relief have been reformed. From April 2027, unused pension funds will fall within inheritance tax. Wealthy families need expert advice, and firms need Partners who can give it.

IN2 Consult is working with several leading Top 15 firms that are growing their Private Client practices. Each is looking for a Tax Partner in London to lead a high-value client base, win new work and help shape the firm's private wealth offering.

Client base

  • Ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and families
  • Entrepreneurs and business owners planning for succession or exit
  • Internationally mobile individuals and former non-doms
  • Trusts, family offices and estates
  • Landed estates and agricultural families
  • PE partners, fund managers and senior executives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
