The Opportunity
A leading global professional services firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Tax Senior Associate to join its growing Financial Services Private Client team.
This specialist team advises a prestigious portfolio of high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, investment professionals and privately owned businesses. Working alongside experienced tax specialists across multiple disciplines, you'll gain exposure to complex tax matters and play a key role in delivering tailored solutions to clients with sophisticated affairs.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of private client tax engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Work with high net worth and internationally mobile individuals, business owners, investment professionals and senior executives.
- Prepare and review tax advice on a range of personal tax and wealth structuring matters.
- Research tax legislation and provide practical solutions to complex client issues.
- Support the delivery of both compliance and advisory projects.
- Delegate work effectively and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Mentor and coach junior staff, supporting their professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different service lines to deliver a holistic client service.

About You
You will ideally have:
- Strong UK Private Client Tax experience gained within professional services.
- CTA, ACA or ATT qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Solid technical knowledge across personal tax matters.
- Experience advising high net worth individuals, business owners, founders, executives and privately owned businesses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
- An interest in developing your advisory skills and progressing your career within a leading practice environment.
